1. WHO WE ARE (GROUP ENTITIES)
Zango operates as a group of wholly-owned entities (the “Zango Global Group”), including:
- Zango Global Inc. (United States) – parent entity
- Zango Limited (United Kingdom) – Company No. 16363054
- Zango Technologies Private Limited (India)
Contracting entity. Unless your order form, subscription, or written agreement states otherwise, Zango Global Inc. is the entity providing the Services to you.
Cookies and similar technologies. For cookies and similar technologies used on the website, Zango Limited acts as the data controller (see Section 12).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Services are intended for Users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.
3. OUR SERVICES
The information provided through the Services is not intended for use in any jurisdiction where such use would violate local laws or regulations. If you access the Services from another location, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Unless explicitly agreed in writing by Zango, the Services are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulatory regimes (for example, HIPAA or FISMA).
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, content, design, trademarks, and other proprietary materials (“Content”).
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, Zango grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services or Content except to the extent permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by Zango in writing.
5. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Legal Terms;
- You are at least 18 years old;
- You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and
- Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
6. USER REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
You may be required to create an account to access the Services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update it as needed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
7. FEES, PURCHASES, AND PAYMENT
If any part of the Services is offered for a fee, payment terms (including billing cadence, renewals, and any refund policy) will be set out in the applicable order form, subscription flow, or written agreement with Zango.
We may change prices, feature availability, or packaging from time to time, subject to any written agreement in place with you.
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Some Services may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscription terms (including start date, renewal, and cancellation mechanics) will be provided during sign-up or in your applicable written agreement.
9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in violation of law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services;
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code; or
- Use the Services to post or transmit unlawful, harmful, obscene, or discriminatory content.
10. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
If the Services allow you to submit content such as feedback, comments, or other materials (“Contributions”), you are solely responsible for your Contributions and confirm they do not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
11. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE (IF APPLICABLE)
To the extent you submit Contributions, you grant Zango a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such Contributions for lawful business purposes (for example, to operate, improve, and support the Services).

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how the Zango Global Group collects, uses, stores, shares, transfers, and retains personal data, including in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR and EU GDPR).

19. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZANGO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZANGO IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZANGO’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
21. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zango and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Legal Terms.
22. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
You consent to electronic communications and agree that electronic signatures are legally valid to the extent permitted by law.
23. CALIFORNIA USERS AND RESIDENTS
California residents may lodge complaints with the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
24. MISCELLANEOUS
These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement unless superseded by a written agreement signed by both parties.
If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force.
