The Role
This is a very unique time to be selling to enterprises. As companies deploy AI agents across operations they are more open than ever to working with innovative startups. We’re looking for a senior commercial leader who understands how large organisations buy transformation - someone who can combine strategic insight, advisory, and trusted relationships to help shape how AI enters the enterprise world. This hire will play a key role in building our GTM playbook in the UK, building a team and scaling in other markets.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the founders to build and execute the GTM playbook, from lead generation to close.
- Run consultative, solution-oriented sales processes with tier 1 banks and financial institutions
- Lead full-cycle B2B deals with legal and compliance teams
- Develop and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 3-6 years of B2B sales experience in financial services (SaaS, consulting, founder or tech-enabled services)
- Deep understanding of how large financial institutions buy and implement transformation and technological change
- Proven track record of driving deals and long-cycle relationships
- Experience engaging with legal, compliance, or risk stakeholders is a bonus
- Ambitious and motivated to build and scale something from the ground up
